Client register is kept to maintain business matters.

Handling information is based on personal data act 8 §.

Customers information in collected and handled by customers agreement, and in creating and implementating agreenment.

We may save name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, vat no., and information of customer ordered products and information about delivery and billing.

Information is kept as long as we need them for maintaining the agreenment or developing the usage experience for our services.

Information is based on customerships, company hosted events, marketing events, show offs, offers and deals.

Information is send via secure SSL connection. Electronic information is behind Firewalls, and only available with passwords. Only the administration, whom needs to use the data can handle it.

According to EU GDPR, 22 article, automatic decisions are not made. 

13. Registrants rights

Registered person has right to see which information about him/her is kept in our register. Written signed post note needs to be sent to administrator of register. 

Checking information is free max once a year. 

Registered has right to correct inaccurate or old information or deleting or transferring information to another service. One has right to limit or resist using of their information with EU GDPR arcticle 18 and 21. 

Registered has right to cancel agreement before about handling the data and make a complaint to supervisory authority.

Registered has right to forbid use of information for direct marketing.
